Ashley holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also certified in Psychologically Safe Leadership. Ashley is a former emergency first responder and understands first-hand the impact of exposure to stress and trauma, and the potential ripple effects it may have on your life, well-being, and relationships.
The sessions you have together will be focused on your needs and goals and will work to identify and explore your path forward. Ashley enjoys working with both individuals and couples and uses an approach that pulls from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment/EFT Therapy, and DBT, incorporating creative arts in a therapeutic context.
Ashley's areas of interest are trauma, mood, sport, and life transitions.
