Ashley is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology and is certified in Psychologically Safe Workplaces. She is a former emergency first-responder, and understands first-hand the impact of exposure of stress and trauma, and the potential ripple effects it may have on your life, well-being, and relationships.
The sessions you have together will be focused on your needs and goals, and will work to identify and explore your path forward. Ashley enjoys working with both individuals and couples, and uses an approach that pulls from DBT, CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Art Therapy.
