Christina is accepting new clients! She works with teens, adults, couples, and caregivers facing anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, and chronic health challenges. Christina creates a safe, compassionate space to help clients explore their experiences, build emotional tools, and foster meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them. Christina has additional specialization in support for teen counselling and teen athletes.

Using a client-centered approach, Christina integrates Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and mindfulness-informed techniques to support holistic healing.
