Rachel utilizes a client-centreed approach, integrating ACT, Attachment-Based, CBT, Compassion-Focused, Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Trauma-Focused therapies. She works with individuals and couples, including LGBTQIA+ clients, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, infidelity, and pregnancy/postpartum challenges.

We are available to meet virtually with individuals in the province of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta for counselling therapy at this time. Please note, this is clinician dependent.
