Low-Cost Sessions - $65 - $80 + HST (50 Minute Session) - Individuals or Couples

Self-Compassion Group - $30 + HST over seven weeks (Next session TBA)

Dietitian - Initial Nutrition Assessment $135 + HST, Follow-Up $95 + HST, Meal Planning $65 + HST

All clinician rates are equal across services (individual, couples) and extended sessions are billed at the rate per hour.

Please check with your insurance provider to find out if you are covered for services provided by Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Clinical Counsellors, or Dieticians.
