Sandy He

Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Counsellor, BA, MACP, CCTP (she/her)

Sandy holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as a Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Her previous experience was working in nonprofit as a Youth and Family Counsellor and Program Coordinator that served low income and newcomers. In working with children and adults, Sandy have passion for finding unique ways to create a more personal therapy space for you.

Sandy's approach is tailored to fit each individual, and she operates within a trauma- and culturally-informed framework. Drawing from various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she strives to provide a comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience. Sandy’s interest includes depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, intergenerational conflict, and self-esteem.

We are available to meet virtually with individuals in the province of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta for counselling therapy at this time. Please note, this is clinician dependent.
