So glad you're here! I'm Darbey, and I specialize in Trauma and attachment. I'm an EMDR Specialist and Certified Therapist through EMDRIA, and I have a passion for on-going education, training, and consultation, to ensure that the work we do together is grounded in a variety of evidence and varied perspective!
Having worked alongside people from all walks of life and of all ages in clinical, general, and athletic settings, I seek to to offer you a space to navigate present-day/past challenges free of judgment at your pace.

As a Neurodivergent therapist, I also specialize in ADHD and Neurodiversity and will use this lens in our work. You don't need to mask here.
