Darbey holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the University of South Wales (December 2018) and a Masters of Counselling from Yorkville University (April 2022). Having worked alongside people from all walks of life and of all ages in clinical, general, and athletic settings, she seeks tp to offer a space to navigate present-day/past challenges free of judgment.
Her areas of interest are mood (anxiety, stress, depression), attachment, grief, trauma, and life transitions. She has additional interest in ADHD and Neurodiversity and often use this lens in her work. Now Offering EMDR Intensives.
