Supporting youth, adults, and couples navigating ADHD, trauma, attachment patterns, and relationship repair.

Lindsay supports youth, adults, and couples navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Many of the people she works with feel stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected in their relationships, or unsure how past experiences and attachment patterns continue to shape their present. She also works with couples looking to rebuild trust after conflict or infidelity, strengthen communication, and create more secure and supportive relationships.

Lindsay holds a Master’s in Counselling, an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Communications Diploma. She has experience working in both public and private settings supporting individuals, youth, and families through emotional and relational challenges.

Her approach is trauma informed and integrates Emotion Focused Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches. Lindsay often works with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, attachment concerns, and relationship repair.
