Lindsay Renaud

Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying, HBA, B.Ed, MACP (she/her)

Lindsay is completing a Masters of Counselling and has previously completed a Honours Bachelors in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Communications Diploma. She's worked in both the public and private field to tailor unique learning and growth plans for both children and adults. Her aim is to create a space to explore your thoughts and experiences without the outside judgment and bias in your day-to-day.


Lindsays' approach stems from a culturally- and trauma-informed lens and pulls from Narrative Therapy, ACT/DBT/CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness-Based, and Emotional Focused Therapy. Your work together would be unique and flexible to your needs. Her areas of interest are trauma, life and career transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and Relationships.

Lindsay's services: individual therapy (general and EMDR as of July 2024) and couples therapy virtually or over the phone.
