Sara is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology and has extensive experience in psychological research, learning and disability support, and early intervention. Her passion lies in supporting individuals and couples navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, mindful awareness, and in providing you with tools to better communicate and resolve differences within relationships.

Sara uses both a trauma-informed and culturally- informed lens and has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. In your work together she would strive to use a variety of approaches to best suit your needs including Emotion-Focused and Attachment-Based, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
