Alixis Davidson

Registered Dietitian (RD), BSc, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor (she/her)

Alixis’s work focuses upon meeting your nutrition related goals while paying close attention to changes and progress. Her goal is to ensure that outcomes feel not only realistic, but sustainable for your life based on beliefs and behaviours you already have towards nutrition.

Alixis’s degree in Human Nutrition, alongside her Dietetics internship, was inspired from a longstanding relationship with loving food. After completing this degree at St.Francis Xavier University in 2017, she has since worked in a variety of dietetics settings with focus on acute/chronic health conditions of all ages. She feels extremely confident in her ability to adapt nutrition needs to issues related to neurodivergent needs, pre- and post-natal health, hormonal imbalances, pediatric selective eating, malnutrition in long-term settings, acute/post-stroke experiences, disordered eating, and concerns surrounding cholesterol, fatty liver, hormonal changes and blood pressure.

Alixis is also a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Alixis works in Ontario only and offers virtual and phone sessions.

In tribute and acknowledgement to Canada's Indigenous Peoples, we recognize and acknowledge their deep connection to the land, spanning First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities across nationally held Treaties. Despite colonization's impact, we commit to education and work to increase access to culturally appropriate care.
