Rachel Brennan
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Intern, HBSc (she/her)
I am completing a Masters of Counselling and has completed a Bachelors in Life Science. I’ve worked in biological, medical, and psychological research as well as in therapeutic and athletic fields with children, teens, and adults. My goal is to create a judgement-free space for you to work through stressors, thoughts, and experiences in a way that is unique to you. Rachel works with teens and adults.

My approach is rooted in both a trauma- and culturally-informed lens and pulls from Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused, Self-Compassion, and EFT, but brings in a broad range of tools to best suit the goals you have. There is no “one-size fits all.” My areas of interest are trauma, self-esteem and body image, sexuality, anxiety and depression, ADHD, grief, and relationship issues.
