Life transitions can shift how we see ourselves and the life we imagined. You might be adjusting to a health diagnosis or chronic illness, navigating parenting changes, moving through relationship challenges, or stepping into a new stage of life that feels unfamiliar. These moments can bring uncertainty, grief, pressure, or a quiet sense that you're not quite yourself. Therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Desiree holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Counselling Psychology. She has supported individuals, youth, and families across many stages of life in community based and culturally grounded settings. Her goal is to create a warm and thoughtful space where you feel safe to explore what you're carrying and where you’d like life to move next.

Desiree’s work is trauma informed and flexible to the needs of each person she works with. She integrates Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and play based approaches when supporting youth and families. She often works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, chronic illness, and life transitions. If you're looking for support during a season of change, you’re welcome to book a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
