Erin Ibrahim

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), HBA

Maybe everything looks “fine” on the outside, but inside it feels heavy—like you’re overthinking, struggling to communicate, or wishing you could just be yourself. Whether it’s anxiety, relationship stress, low self-esteem, or burnout, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I support individuals and couples through a grounded, non-judgmental lens. While completing my Master’s, I offer a person-centred, trauma- and culturally-informed approach that’s rooted in curiosity, not assumptions. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work toward clarity, connection, and growth.

I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks to meet your unique needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, attachment, neurodiversity, and self-worth.

Despite colonization's impact, we commit to education and work to increase access to culturally appropriate care.
