EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Polyvagal-informed therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, breathwork, IFS and parts work (ego states).

We are available to meet virtually with individuals in the province of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta for counselling therapy at this time. Please note, this is clinician dependent.
