Maya Awad
MACP Candidate, HBSc (she/her)
Do you ever feel like you are carrying too much on your own? For your child? In your relationship? Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self esteem, stress, depression, grief, ADHD, or patterns in their relationships that feel hard to break.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who want a place to breathe, slow down, and finally feel understood.
My approach is gentle and grounded in integrative, person centred, attachment based and strengths based work with support from EFT, Narrative, CBT and Solution focused strategies. I care about creating a space where you can show up as you are and let go of the pressure to impress or perform. What would it feel like to drop the filter or mask you tend to use?
Together we work toward confidence, self compassion, coping strategies, and a deeper sense of understanding within yourself. You do not have to figure out your emotions or experiences alone. Let's create space to walk together as you discover what healing or change can look like for you.
Free consultations available, daytimes and evenings. Let’s connect!
