Emma Hartley
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP Candidate, BA, CRS, CCS (she/her)
I know how it feels to be lost and overwhelmed. If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, or stuck, our therapy space can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. With my background in education and career coaching, I help people make sense of transitions and new beginnings - whether at work, in relationships, or during major life changes such as separations, parenting milestones, or menopause.
My approach is kind, warm, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. I’ll listen carefully to the threads of your story and help you connect the dots for greater self-understanding. Together, we will use mindfulness strategies, meaning-making, and co-create clear, practical goals that help you feel more capable of managing challenges on your own.
I like to draw from a trauma-informed holistic approach that considers mind, body, and environment, while also pulling from ACT, EFT, mindfulness, and existential psychotherapy.
Free consultations available, daytimes and evenings. Let’s connect!
Individual and couples counselling in ON, SK, AB, BC, NU, QU and MB. Virtual or Phone therapy.
