Heather Wesselo

Nurse Practitioner (NP-PHC), MScN, BScN, BSc

Heather's work with Fika Mental Health focuses on ADHD Assessments in Ontario and ADHD Assessments in Alberta, as a passionate advocate for neuroinclusive care.

After earning her Bachelor of Science and Business with a focus in biology from the University of Waterloo in 2003, Heather followed her passion for working in health care by completing a Bachelor of Nursing Science at the University of Toronto in 2005. She later obtained her Masters of Nursing from the University of Alberta in 2012 and most recently, a Certificate in Mental Health and Addictions for Nurse Practitioners through the University of Toronto in 2024. Heather has had the privilege of supporting both youth and adults in their mental health journeys through a mix of in person and virtual care roles across Ontario, Alberta and Manitoba. She is currently practicing in Ontario and Alberta.

Heather is thrilled to be joining the clinical team at Fika, where she looks forward to supporting individuals on their journey toward better health and wellness.

We are available to meet virtually with individuals in the province of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta for counselling therapy at this time. Please note, this is clinician dependent.
